Due to our ever changing schedule, it is difficult to commit to exact arrival times. We service homes between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. Even if you normally have an afternoon cleaning, there may be times that we needto clean your home in the am instead. If you need an approximate time of arrival please call our office number after 7:00 am the day of your cleaning.
When you have your arrival window, please make sure to have access to your home for our team. Otherwise, waiting time in access of 15 minutes will be billed at $20.00 per maid per hour.
